Having hands-on involvement of the cider making process, SJ and Tori Pennings and a tight-knit team that is more like family than staff, produces varieties of American Style Hard Ciders, and fresh ciders made directly from apples grown on Warwick’s iconic Pennings Farm.
The team crafts cider with care from the ground up, literally, in order to produce an experience for all to see and taste.
The Tap Room
The tap room serves cider by the pint, flight and growlers-to-go. As you imbibe, enjoy some light fare created from locally sourced products, as well as locally produced cheeses. A pizza truck has taken residence at the cidery bestowing hungry cider drinkers with signature wood-fired pizza topped with locally grown ingredients including specialty pies with the Pennings favorite topper — the apple. Pizza varieties change with the seasons, but cider drinkers can count on the chance to nosh on a slice that spotlights autumn’s star of the orchard.
Relax nestled among the apple trees of the hillside orchard. The cidery and taproom provide visitors breath-taking views of the valley. The bucolic landscape, the country charm of the property, along with the hillside sunsets overlooking the orchard and valley, make Pennings Farm Cidery a welcoming and relaxing destination for locals and out-of-town visitors.
From Cidery to Pubs, Bars and Restaurants
The Cidery supplies Pennings Apple Grader Pub, which currently sells more than 4,000 gallons of hard cider yearly, the Beer Garden at Pennings Farm Market, the cidery’s own tap room, and more than forty bars and restaurants.
