Apple Picking at The Cidery Orchard East — while not required, reservations are recommended for peak weekend visits starting September 14th. Each reservation includes:

  • Guaranteed on-farm parking
  • Two 1-peck bags for U-Pick Apples
  • Access to the Cidery, Farm Market, Beer Garden, Pub & Grill, Bakery, Ice Cream Stand, Food Trucks and Vendors 
  • (New in 2024) Cover charge for live music at the Cidery included (music schedule)

No reservations are required for weekday and early-season apple picking (Aug 24-Sept 13). Please enter via the farm market entrance at 161 State Route 94 or Pennings Orchard West at 169 State Route 94.

Pumpkin picking begins September 28th at Pennings Meadows: 125 Sanfordville Road, Warwick, NY.

Feel free to bring blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the day on our lawn and Beer Garden, but please note that tents, outside food, beverages, and pets are not allowed.

There are 2 orchards on Pennings Farm:

  1. The Cidery Orchard East is open for the 2024 season beginning September 14, with Reservations strongly suggested for weekends [entrance is 4 Warwick Turnpike, Warwick].
  2. Pennings Orchard West is open daily beginning August 24, with no reservations taken [entrance is 169 State Rt. 94S, Warwick]. ALL inquiries for Pennings Orchard West must be made at 845-986-7080 or by visiting their website at PenningsOrchard.com

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Weekday apple picking at The Cidery Orchard East on Pennings Farm does not require a reservation but do note that lots do close periodically on the weekends and visitors cannot gain entrance during those closures without an Apple Picking Reservation. Reservation cancellations made one week in advance are eligible for a refund. Reservation cancellations within one week of reservation are eligible to reschedule a new date. Reservations are valid rain or shine. If severe weather results in orchard closure, full refunds will be issued.
